Welcome to RR Gymnastics and Trampoline Club

RR Gymnastics and Trampoline welcomes you to join our fun-filled classes for all ages!

We offer classes ranging from 2 years and older.

Our philosophy is to provide each member the opportunity to reach their full potential by providing high-quality athletic programs in an inclusive and positive environment.

We highly value every athlete’s involvement in our programs. While only a small proportion will reach the higher competitive levels we feel that it is important to create programs that will inspire children to view sport and athletics as a lifelong habit. Thus we offer a wide variety of programs to cater to all skill and ability levels. We strive to accomplish this in a positive encouraging environment incorporating important elements of sportsmanship, cooperation and team spirit!

About us!

Since 1978

Founded in 1978 by Bruce Naugler, RR Gymnastics (also known as Rainbow Riders Gymnastics) has touched the lives of thousands of children. Starting out as a small recreational club, we now produce athletes that compete at the Provincial and National level.

The club boasts a growing competitive women’s artistic program, a large and diverse recreational program, and a growing competitive trampoline program.

We are a proud member of Gymnastics Nova Scotia.

Not-for-profit

Our club is run entirely by volunteers who love the sport and want to share their love of gymnastics to others.

As a non-profit sports organization, RR Gymnastics relies heavily on fundraising to ensure programs are available for all members. The fees you pay for programs is only enough to cover facilities rent and building operating expenses.  In addition, we have equipment that requires regular maintenance and replacement due to the heavy use that it takes.  For this reason we, like most sport organizations, fundraise to ensure we provide the best quality programs possible.
