Trampoline - Program updated Fall 2024

RR Gymnastics and Trampoline Club offers classes dedicated to trampoline. During these 1-hour classes, athletes use our large competition-size trampolines, as well as the double-mini trampoline. Achievement in our trampoline program is tracked using our specifically designed level system. (This is a 1-hour class, once per week (student/instructor ratio: 6 to 1).

Class Levels:

Beginner - Level 1 - 4

These are 2-hour classes, once per week (student/instructor ratio: 6 to 1)

Intermediate - Level 5 - 10

Advanced - Level 11 - 15

As trampoline does not require additional equipment setup, all levels of our recreational program are mixed within our class times and allow for athletes to progress at their own pace. Our program consists of 15 progression-based levels, ensuring that as an athlete progresses through each level, they develop all of the necessary skills to perform more advanced maneuvers.

Adult Drop-In - not available at this time

Are you an ex-gymnast or an adult who would just like to learn some gymnastics or trampoline skills?  Snowboarder, skateboarder, or thrill-seeker? We offer adult drop-in sessions with supervision provided by trained coaches. While the class is unstructured, coaches are available to offer advice and promote a safe environment for skill development.
